On the Shaftesbury Avenue, there is also an alternative entrance, whereas main foyer is 12 steps up from the street level. For the disabled patrons and carers, concessions seats are also available. In the Stalls, there are two spaces for wheel chair users. If needed, there is also availability of transfer seating.

On the Stalls level, there is also an adapted toilet. There are two bars in the Apollo Theatre, which can be accessed via stair. For the disabled guests, staff can bring drinks into the auditorium. The theatre is well equipped for the disabled guests, as it has both the induction loop and infra-red system.
